Ana-Marija Kajić is the founding partner of Petrić & Kajić Law Firm LLC.
She provides legal advices to domestic and foreign legal entities, services such as verifications – corporate compliance audits including the review of a company’s adherence to regulatory guidelines and laws, and litigation and dispute resolution, legal advices to large companies and multinational corporations in health care and IT industry, legal advices to investors in tourism, as well as to domestic and foreign investors in economy.
Ana-Marija has 12 years of experience in acting on behalf of her clients in the proceedings held at the courts in the Republic of Croatia.
Ana-Marija is a certified mediator and member of the Croatian Mediation Association and actively participates in the Association’s work.

Petar Petrić is the founding partner of Petrić & Kajić Law Firm LLC; he has been representing clients, both legal entities and natural persons, for more than 20 years in the most complex disputes.
He provides legal advices to national, regional and multinational corporations in different legal areas, including real estate, IT and tourism industries. He has also extensive experience in commercial, employment and labour law, and commercial litigation.
Along with his comprehensive experience in representation at courts, he is a legal advisor to a lot of domestic and foreign companies, financial institutions and national authorities.

Iva provides legal advices and represents domestic and foreign clients in matters concerning corporate law, civil proceedings, disputes related to corporate and civil law, employment and labour law and recovery of claims. In addition to that, Iva has also experience in providing support to natural persons and legal entities in formation of companies or enlargement of businesses.
Iva graduated in 2014 from the Law School in Zagreb and in 2017 she passed Bar Exam at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Croatia. She is a proficient speaker of English and German.
